Money (or lack of it) is the #1 cause of stress for a lot of people. Yet we don’t normally talk about it for fear of being looked upon as irresponsible, lazy or “less than”. I’m nowhere near where I want to be financially but I can say i’m in a better position today than I was a year ago and to me, that’s good enough. As long as I see growth and progress I feel i’m doing pretty damn good.
I’ve read a TON of financial blogs, attended classes and signed up for programs. The bottom line about money is really simple:
Either you budget what you have or make more money.
At the end of the day, however, you just gotta face facts about your financial situation and DECIDE if you want to keep complaining or actually DO something about it. I chose to join a direct sales company so I can DO SOMETHING about securing my financial future. Perhaps direct sales isn’t for you, and that’s fine, but have you thought about starting a business in general? You should, and RIGHT NOW! What is it that people say you do REALLY WELL? 9 time out of 10 you can find a way to get paid for it. If you get focused and creative you can start a business for very little upfront investment. I tell budding entrepreneurs all the time that all you need is ONE PAID CUSTOMER to say your in business. All it takes is ONE! Here’s to your financial wealth, stability and abundance.
